The councils purpose is to have a common voice for the Dane County and to represent the county at the state level to AWSC. We elect a director and representative for this purpose. We also have a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer with five additional board of directors. Wisconsin is home to more than 22,000 miles of trails thanks to the efforts of local snowmobile clubs with their tireless volunteers and the support of State and Federal organizaions. $20 raffle ticket includes food, free beer and soda, silent auction,
indoor/outdoor games, and live music by Baby Rocket from 7-11 pm. Silent

Since 1987, Blizzard Blast has raised more than $200,000 for Easter Seals Wisconsin. Funds help provide vital programs for children and adults with disabilities. The mission of Easter Seals Wisconsin: To increase independence, minimize barriers, and enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities. Each year, Easter Seals Wisconsin helps more than 13,000 children and adults with disabilities in Wisconsin. Easter Seals programs and services are supported through donations raised in events like the Blizzard Blast. Dane County Council sponsors an annual fund raiser the 1st Saturday in February contributing all proceeds and pledges to the Easter Seals of Wisconsin. Dane County Capital Youth Snow BlastersThe Dane County area is proud to have its own youth club, for youths ages 12-20. Organized within the past couple of years, this group of energetic youths has its own meetings, officers, fundraisers, and plans its own events. Parents are welcome to join in the fun, but the events are designed for the youth members. Adult advisors assist as needed. New members are required to have completed the snowmobile safety class or be enrolled in a class at the time of a club function or event.
